Adaptors

Due to the experiences of many years in the field of the powder metallurgy, we took advantage of the possibility for users of all press brand's, to develop special adaptors and pressing tools for complex-shaped parts.

Our newly developed adaptor concept offers substantial technical and economic advantages.

This adaptor can be used both in the withdrawal method as well as in the counter-pressing method. By the compact design even machines with six control loops have a small overall height, which means that one does not need cavities or platforms to be able to operate the machines.

With this machine- and adaptor system a quick tool change and a quick changeover for product change is guaranteed.

After hydraulics as well as position measuring system are integrated in the machine and not in the adaptor, in addition this system has significant price advantages.
