Isostatic presses
Our isostatic presses have been developed to realise the production of all shapes, which can be produced with the isostatic method, with only one single machine system. These plants are most suitable for laboratory processes up to the production of small and mass series.
By the three-divided tool system balls, valves, tubes, rods and similar shapes can be produced. Difficult shapes or long parts with small diameters are producible as well. Filling systems for the most different applications – also for problematic materials – have been developed. The removal of the parts is possible by means of a linear system or by a robot. In this way even difficult geometries and thin-walled parts can be handled very well. When using two pressure vessels a simultaneous production of two differently geometric parts is also possible.
Key benefits are:
- longer tool life, due to a special developed shaping material (tool life of approx. 100.000 parts)
- higher performance, due to a three-divided tool system
- quick tool change, due to the adaptor system
- higher precision of the pressed parts
- higher performance, due to the use of rotary table machines and robots
