Our isostatic presses were developed to realise all moulded parts that can be produced in the isostatic press process today with a single machine system: from laboratory operation to the production of small to large series.
The special advantages of our isostatic presses:
Spheres, valves, tubes, rods and similar moulded parts can be produced thanks to the three-part tool system. Parts with challenging shapes or also long components with a small diameter can be produced as well.
Filling systems for a wide variety of application cases have been developed for problematic materials.
The pressed parts can be unloaded by linear systems or with the use of robots. Difficult geometries and thin-walled components can be readily handled this way as well.
When two (or more) pressure vessels are used, two different geometric parts can also be produced simultaneously.
